I created a custom block using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Bootstrap, and jQuery. Since the website was older, I had to adapt to the existing code structure and ensure my new block integrated smoothly. Using ACF, I set up custom fields to allow easy updates and content management directly from the WordPress admin area.

I utilized Bootstrap to handle the responsive layout and styling, ensuring the block was visually consistent with the rest of the site. Additionally, I employed jQuery for any necessary interactive elements, making the block more engaging for users. By combining these technologies, I was able to deliver a functional and aesthetically pleasing block that worked well within the older codebase of the Indiana Landmarks website.
